By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.
Account and Service Termination
Users may discontinue using our services at any time by submitting a written request via email. Upon termination, we may remove personal data from our systems where legally permitted. However, certain information may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion if necessary.
Driver Requirements
Drivers cooperating with Athens Taxi Book must comply with the following conditions:
- Be at least 20 years of age
- Hold a valid driving license
- Be legally authorized to operate a vehicle for passenger transport
- Possess all required permits and licenses according to local regulations
- Operate a vehicle that meets safety standards and legal requirements
- Maintain valid vehicle insurance coverage
Drivers are solely responsible for any liabilities arising from the operation of their vehicles, including accidents, damages, or injuries.
Drivers must also respect all passengers and must not discriminate on the basis of race, nationality, religion, gender, disability, age, or sexual orientation.
Luggage Policy
During the booking process, passengers must declare the number and type of luggage they will carry.
The selected vehicle type must correspond to the number of passengers and luggage declared. If passengers arrive with more luggage than originally declared and the luggage cannot fit in the vehicle, additional arrangements may be required.
Extra luggage may result in additional charges.
For transportation purposes, a standard luggage item is defined as a suitcase of approximately standard airline dimensions or a typical carry-on bag. Oversized luggage may count as more than one piece.
Small personal items such as handbags or camera bags do not need to be declared. However, special equipment such as musical instruments, sports equipment, or oversized luggage must be declared during the booking process.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during transportation. The company is not liable for loss or damage unless otherwise required by law.
Animals are not allowed in the vehicle unless they are certified guide or assistance dogs.
For safety reasons, luggage is not permitted inside the passenger seating area unless otherwise approved by the driver.
Transfer Booking Policy
Once a booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your transfer. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the information provided is correct.
Reservations that contain incomplete or incorrect contact information may not be confirmed.
Prices include fuel costs, toll fees, and applicable taxes. Costs for food, drinks, or entrance tickets to attractions are not included.
Free cancellation or modification of transfer bookings is available if the request is received at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Requests for cancellation or modification can be made via email or telephone.
Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice may result in the loss of any prepaid amount.
Reservations are considered valid only after a final confirmation message has been sent by our team.
Flight or Ship Delays
If your flight or ship arrival is delayed, our driver will monitor the updated arrival time and adjust the pickup accordingly.
Drivers will typically wait:
- Up to 75 minutes after flight arrival
- Up to 50 minutes after ship arrival
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
Excursion Booking Policy
Prices for excursions are quoted in Euro (€) and typically refer to groups of up to four passengers unless otherwise stated.
Customers must inform the company of the names of all participants.
Prices include tolls, fuel costs, and applicable taxes but do not include food, drinks, or entrance tickets to attractions.
Excursion bookings may be cancelled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
